No Guarantee of Transactions
PEI does not guarantee the completion, quality, or outcome of any transaction between buyers and sellers. All trade terms — including price, quantity, quality, transportation, and payment — are agreed directly between the buyer and seller.
No Guarantee of Payments
PEI does not process, guarantee, or facilitate payments between buyers and sellers. All payment arrangements are made directly between the parties.
No Logistics or Delivery Guarantee
PEI does not arrange, guarantee, or take responsibility for logistics, transportation, or delivery of any poultry products.
User Due Diligence
Users are strongly advised to conduct their own due diligence — including verifying business identity, product quality, and trade terms — before entering into any transaction with another user on the platform.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes between buyers and sellers are the responsibility of the parties involved. PEI does not mediate or resolve trade disputes. Users are advised to seek appropriate legal or commercial remedies if a dispute arises.
Listing Accuracy
PEI does not verify the accuracy of all listings posted by users. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings. PEI reserves the right to remove listings that are found to be inaccurate or misleading.
